Q1: Can you accept small order?
A: Yes, we accept small order for most RTS product, which can be
shipped around 3-5 days after order payment.
Q2: How & When can I get a quotation?
A: Quotation will be offered within 24 hours. It will be more
efficient if you advise the product picture, drawing, quantity, and
other special requirement.
Q3: Can you do a sample for me?
A: Yes, Sample can be arranged for your approval, but the freight
cost is at yourside.
Q4: Is Customized OEM/ODM acceptable?
A: Yes, we sincerely welcome all every customer to grow with us.
Q5: What is the shipping way?
A: Sample will be sent by door to door express for small order; and
you can choose by air or by sea for bulk order.
Q6: What is your Payment?
A: The most common way we do is Alibaba online, Credit Card and T/T
Payment.
Q7: How does your factory do the quality control?
A: Quality is priority ,we always attach the importance to quality
control from the beginning to the end of the production .Every
product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packing
and shipping
